The cost of the examination

The cost of the examination of design documentation is determined according to DSTU B D.1.1-7:2013 " Rules for determining the cost of design works and examination of construction projects ", which was introduced to replace DBN D.1.1-7-2000.

The standard provides the basic rules for determining the cost of project work and examination of project documentation for new construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of enterprises, buildings and structures, housing repair, social and communal facilities and landscaping, as well as restoration of architectural monuments and urban planning , which are carried out on the territory of Ukraine.

This standard is intended for use by enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, that perform design work and examination of construction projects, or are the customers of these works when substantiating the contractual price.

How the cost of the examination is determined

The price of the examination of the construction project is determined using recommended indicators depending on the estimated cost of the construction, the directions in which the examination is carried out, and the design stage.

To determine the cost of the examination of the construction project at various stages, coefficients are used.

In the absence of estimate documentation, the cost of the construction project examination is determined for:

• non-production objects - based on the indicators of the mediated value of the relevant construction objects, calculated by the central executive authority in the field of construction, or on the value indicators of similar objects available in the database of the expert organization
• objects of industrial purpose - based on the value indicators of similar objects available in the database of the expert organization.

The cost of re-examination is determined using a coefficient from 0.1 to 0.7, which is set based on the specific weight of the estimated cost of the project solutions changed as a result of the examination.
