How is the cost of the design documentation examination calculated?

The cost of the examination is calculated individually and depends on a number of key factors. We provide transparent pricing, in accordance with regulatory documents and the volume of work performed.

The main factors affecting the cost:

Category of complexity of the construction object - the higher the category — the deeper the analysis and the more experts are involved in the inspection.
Type of examination — comprehensive expertise (all sections of the project) or expertise of individual sections (for example, only the estimate or engineering networks)
Project stage— expertise can be carried out for different stages. «Project + Working documentation» (PD) provides for a deeper analysis and a larger scope of verification.
Total estimated cost of construction — the cost of expertise is determined as a percentage of the estimated cost of the project.
Presence of specific requirements — for example: expertise of energy efficiency, environmental safety, environmental impact assessment, fire safety, etc. Additional sections increase the volume of expert work.
Urgency of execution — if accelerated consideration is required, an urgency factor may be applied.
