TOV «Persha Budivelnya Ekspertiza» (hereinafter "PBE") collects, processes and/or uses the information provided in the Form on the website (hereinafter – "Personal Data") for the purpose of administering and performing examinations in the automated system "First Construction Examination", general and long-term customer service, individualization of services for customers, advertising, conducting market research and surveys (by mail and electronic means of communication).

Your personal data may be transferred to our information center and may be processed there to achieve the purposes specified in part 1. PBE will operate in compliance with data protection regulations to ensure an appropriate level of personal data protection.

PBE uses reasonable technical and organizational measures for the security and confidentiality of your personal data, and, if necessary, regularly reviews and improves these measures to reflect legislative changes and/or improvements in technical capabilities.

You have the right to access and review your personal data, as well as the opportunity to request correction, amendment, deletion or blocking of your Personal Data.
